We will ship from the warehouse in the United States, the general delivery is within 2 days, 3-5 days will reach your address.
It's better to take a video of the packaging when you receive the goods. If there’s something broken, please contact our customer service with photos or video and we will follow your issue.

We offer standard free shipping everyday on all orders when shipping to the lower 48 states. We may also ship to Canada depending on the items ordered. It should be noted that items are temporarily not delivered to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and other regions.
Due to our fast order processing, you can cancel your entire order by contacting customer service via email within 15 minutes of placing your order. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order for you.
You can return items for any reason within 30 days from the day you receive them. To act on our return policy, simply follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Service Center and complete a return request within 30 days of your purchase to get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
2. Once you secure a return authorization number, you will need to send the product back to us promptly.
3. Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in good condition for resale, approve the return(s), and process your refund.
There will be no charge for the postage of returning products where you request a return 30 days of delivery. However, for returns that are not due to product quality issues, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
The refund will go back onto the same card you used to place the order with us and will be paid back to you via a return transaction (within 5-10 business days depends on the paying channel).
If the package is shipped and it is on the way, please contact the carrier to correct the delivery address. If the package hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us ASAP with your new delivery address. We will be pleased to assist you.
